Packaging and Shipping for Anode and Cathode Plates
Packaging Methods:
1. Our anode and cathode with standard export steel frame structure (standard size: 1400mm×1450mm×1050mm) is used for packaging, and it is uniformly packed in iron boxes with doors.
2. If you order anode and cathode plates while ordering electrolytic cells, we highly recommend to put the anode and cathode plates into the electrolytic cells to save container usage.
3. Anti-rust paint, the optimal control length of the package is not greater than 1500mm, the width is not greater than 1100mm, the height is not greater than 1500mm, the gross weight is about 3t, and the lifting point and the position of the center of gravity are accurately marked on the outer package.

1. The material of plate is made by TISCO or POSCO.
2. The stainless steel tube of hanger bar is made by Qinshan Steel, and the inner copper bar is made of T2 copper, and the purity of copper is 99.90%.
3. The copper bar is tightly surrounded by the stainless-steel tube, which improves corrosion resistance. The plate surface finish level is 2B.
4. A fully automatic robot is used for laser welding between the stainless steel cathode plate and the conductive beam without flux. During the welding process, the plate surface will not be deformed due to overheating. After welding, the appearance of the weld is smooth and bright. This can effectively ensure the conductivity and mechanical strength of the copper conductive beam and the verticality and flatness of the stainless steel cathode plate.
5. The electric resistance between the copper conductive end and a point on the center line of bottom of the plate is less than or equal to 0.5 mΩ.
6. The electric resistance between a copper conductive end and its diagonal line to the bottom of the plate is 0.01 ~ 0. 02 mΩ.
