The Conductive Beam:

  • Internal Straight Beam: Made from high-purity aluminum, chosen for its excellent conductivity and exceptional light weight.
  • End Connectors: The hooks are made from copper, ensuring optimal electrical contact with your plant’s busbars.
  • Protective Cladding: The entire beam (except copper ends) is sheathed in inert PP Plastic, providing complete corrosion resistance and electrical insulation.

  • Fence Vertical Strips: Each strip has an aluminum core for structural strength and conductivity, coated with a layer of our proprietary lead alloy.
  • Cross Ribs & Fixing Clips: Made from durable PP Plastic, designed to lock all vertical strips securely in place without corrosion.

2. The Precision Manufacturing Process: A Step-by-Step Assembly

  • Step 1. Crafting the Conductive Beam: We start by casting the aluminum straight beam directly onto the copper end hooks, creating a perfect metallurgical bond. This unit is then placed in an injection mold where it is fully encapsulated in protective PP plastic.
  • Step 2. Creating the Fence Strips: Aluminum is cast into slender strips. After cooling, each strip is precisely coated with the patented special lead alloy, forming the heart of the electrochemical reaction.
  • Step 3. Molding the Support Structure: The PP plastic cross ribs and fixing clips are injection-molded to exact specifications.
  • Step 4. Intelligent Assembly: Holes are precision-drilled into the bottom of the plastic sheath of the conductive beam. The lead-clad aluminum strips are inserted, making direct contact with the internal aluminum beam. The plastic cross ribs and clips are then snapped into place, creating a rigid and lightweight “fence” structure.
