1. It is made of multi-element lead alloy (containing rare earth elements)

2. The plate surface is flat, and the alloy composition is evenly distributed.

3. Hot rolling at first and then cold rolling

4. Embossing was added as a surface treatment process, which enhances the corrosion resistance of the anode plates while reducing the lead content in the cathode copper.

5. Holes are on the plate which makes that the electrolyte has good fluidity.

6. Various methods of welding copper beams and plates are used – acetylene oxygen and laser.
